About me

Hello my name is Gabriella Fleming, I also go by Gabby. I am a Caribbean- American from Baldwin, Long Island. I am the youngest of 2 siblings. I attend SUNY Oneonta as a Biology major with a concentration in Pre-Veterinary studies, and a minor in Educational studies. On SUNY Oneonta campus I am a 2nd year resident advisor at one of the dorm buildings. Also a member of the SUNY Oneonta equestrian team. My anticipated graduating year is 2028. Looking forward to meeting everyone!

Why I serve

Since we do a lot of volunteer work back home, my mom shared it with me. And thought I’d be a great fit for the program. We’ve done work for Haiti’s earthquake survivors as well as women and children in NY from help with prenatal care to clothing, food, and toy drives, swimming initiatives and much more.

Fun Fact

My hobbies are horseback riding, gardening, painting and cooking.
