About me
Hello my name is Jaquelyn Carlo. I am from a small town north of Albany called Schaghticoke, NY. I am the youngest of two siblings. I attend Suny Oneonta and dual major in Media Studies/Communication Studies. I am officially a Senior this year and I am very excited!
Why I serve
I applied for this position because it is something I have always had an interest in doing. I have been working in journalism for the past year with Dr Bottomley. I even had the opportunity to get an internship over the summer for it. But I knew I wanted to try something different in the media/communication field. So, I applied for a position through the ESSCR program and was able to get it. I am super excited to get more hands on experience and learn more.
