About me

I am a Biology major with an Anthropology minor with a pre-med focus. I am from Overland Park, Kansas (part of the metropolitan Kansas City area). I love science fiction, conventions, history, and comedy. Half of my vocabulary is just Monty Python and Star Wars references.

Why I serve

I want to give back to the community that has welcomed me and has made Oneonta feel like a second home for me. I am an out of state student so the community is much more important to me. They become more than just people I care about, they become like a family to me. My main goal in life is that I want to help people and the Empire State Service Corps is a great way to achieve it.

Fun Fact

I have a vast amount of knowledge on the most random topics. I don't remember most of the elements from the periodic table, but I can name every Pokemon and tell you what every lightsaber color means.
