About me

Hi! My name is Gabriella Messing and I am from Long Island, New York. I am a Junior at SUNY Oneonta studying Early Childhood/Childhood Education!

Why I serve

I was inspired to join the Empire State Service Corps after they presented at an Association of Childhood Education club meeting. It seemed like the perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience working in a classroom while also giving back to my community. I have always been involved in serving my community, ever since I was a kid. As a future teacher, I love helping children and making a difference in their lives.
