About me

My name is Jade Dygert, I am a senior Dietetics student and currently work at the Health and Wellness Center as a Peer Mental Health Educator. I am a huge nature lover and one day hope to travel all over the world.

Why I serve

I just love all facets of wellness and so having the ability to combine my major, which can be considered physical health, with my on-campus job, mental health, I can help not only myself, but others be the best versions of themselves. Through this cohort, I learn ways that I can better my mental health as well as my peers' while forming meaningful relationships on campus.
